2. Information We Access & Use

To run multiplayer lobby sessions correctly in the Discord Embedded Activity frame, we access basic public attributes provided by the official Discord SDK or browser session:

• User Identifiers: Your unique Discord User ID or temporary session ID to uniquely distinguish you in the game session roster.
• Discord Profile Info: Your Discord username and avatar URL to present your game tag and profile card to other players in the room.

3. Data Retention & Storage

Our commitment is to process only the bare minimum of data necessary for active gameplay:

• Transient Memory: Player profiles, lobby rooms, scores, active custom prompts, and selection states are processed utilizing Firebase Realtime Database.
• Automatic Deletion: Active room transactions are transient; once players leave the lobby or the game room is discarded, player IDs and associated custom scores are pruned.
• No Persistent Profiles: We do not construct permanent outer database tables about your friend logs or personal historical messaging.

4. Security

We follow standard industrial development safe-keeping schemas. The communication between your client device and our database utilizes encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/HTTPS/WSS) layers to prevent interception or tampering by third-party eavesdroppers.

5. Data Deletion Request Guidance

Because we do not permanently store persistent user records or credentials after a session closes, there is typically no historical data to remove. However, if you would like to audit, clear, or explicitly verify data-unlinking of your active profiles, feel free to contact us anytime.
